LMR Motorsport is ready for a new campaign in the GT Cup Europe and to defend its double crown in the Am class. The Portugal-based squad has dominated the class for Bronze drivers in the last two seasons, since its debut in the series, clinching two Am titles and a total of nine class race wins, of which one was also an overall win.
The successful package will not change: the Porsche 992 Cup of the squad will continue to be in the hands of the double reigning champions, Brazil’s Leandro Martins and Austria’s Dieter Svepes.
Leandro Martins commented: “Our goal for 2026 is to fight again for the championship with determination, discipline and fun!”
LMR Motorsport plans to field a second car, as done last year; details will follow in due course.
