A long-time contender in the GT Open, Leipert Motorsport will make its debut in the GT Cup Europe. Faithful to Lamborghini, the German squad led by Marcel Leipert will field a Huracán SuperTrofeo EVO2.
The car will be entrusted to Sweden’s Axel Bengtsson (26), who has experience in the 24 Hours Series, GT4 and the STCC, and US racer Barrett Wolfe (23), who joins from F.Regional and F4.
Monza will also mark the return of Leipert Motorsport in the GT Open.
