There will be an additional Porsche 992 Cup from Italy entered at the Paul Ricard round this weekend. It will be fielded by stalwart team Ebimotors, which this year is also a technical partner of FAEMS Team.
Andrea Galli is the man behind this entry and at the wheel of the car. The 50-years-old Italian has a long experience in GT racing, and is currently racing in the Porsche Carrera Cup Italy. He already tasted the GT Cup Europe last year at Monza.
For the Ricard one-off appearance, he will be associated with no less than the reigning GT Cup Europe co-champion, Guatemala’s Ian Rodríguez, who will make a welcome return to the series where he was crowned in 2025.
